Lin Kaiyi is a PhD student at the School of Architecture, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a member of the [S]Equilibrium Lab under the supervision of Prof. Shuaizhong Wang. She completed her B.Arch. and M.Arch. at Southeast University, Nanjing. Her research interests span from the transient interior to the long-lasting structure, united through the lens of embodied cognition.
She is currently investigating the design principle of structurally relevant adaptive reuse.
